Transfer and Registration for New Senior Players

Last updated on Monday 16th of January 2017 11:00:01 PM

NEW Players to the club who require a Transfer from another club must download the Official AFL Transfer Form - Click here

Note that totally new players that have never played before can also download the above form - as they are treated as a direct registration only.

The transfer system mechanism becomes active again on 1 February, 2017

The player will need to print and complete the form (parents need to co-sign if player is under the age of 18 years) which can be handed to the coach of your team manager who will in turn pass it along to Club Secretary GEOFF BROWN, who also acts as the Senior Registrar. He will then process the application online. Under normal circumstances the club the player is seeking a transfer from has six (6) business days to respond.

There are only three ways a transfer can be stopped by an opposition club:  1. The player owes unpaid membership fees from the previous season.  2. The player is in posession of a playing jumper [which remains the property of the club at all times] or 3. The player is under contract to their previous club.

In order to make the transfer process fair and streamlined as possible please ensure that you do not come under any of the reasons cited above before lodging your application.

Once your Transfer or Registration has been approved by all parties and Leagues you will be provided credentials with which to login the system to finalise your registration and pay your membership fees for the season.
